¿que son estacionamientos rotativos? Aqui en España dependiendo de las ciudades las motos no pagan zona azul.

En España las motocicletas NO pagan en zona azul. Tienes que tener cuidado con las zonas de residentes (como en San Sebastián), en esas no puedes aparcar.

Kasio, se refiere a las zonas de OTA, ORA, y como las quiera llamar cada comunidad.
